Return Policy
Because of the personal nature of many of our items we cannot accept returns of any of Hair cycle products. However, we can refund shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on order over $75 inside the US only Haircycle negotiates the best possible shipping and handling prices for our customers. Haircycle automatically computes and displays shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping cart. If your order is over $75, we pay the shipping. However, it is valid for a single continental US address per order and it is not valid for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.Delivery time frame
Orders received before 11am. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday are generally shipped the same business day. Orders received after 11am Eastern time. are shipped the next business day. Orders received during the weekends will be shipped in Monday. If you select standard shipping your order will be sent by UPS ground and may sometimes take an extra business day to leave our facility during peak periods.In the event that we can't ship within the time frames above, we will let you know by e-mail within one business day and will let you know the expected shipping date.
Orders are shipped from our Atlanta location. Standard shipping takes two to five business days to arrive after shipping. Our expedited shipping option is UPS 2nd Day, and you can expect your order to arrive the second business day after shipping.
Lost, stolen, or damage deliveries
Haircycle will not be liable for any shipments that are lost, stolen, damaged as a result of Courier Handling. Once the product has left out warehouse, we no longer have power over how it is handled.Cancelling or modifying an order
You may cancel or modify your order without charge, no questions asked, up until the time it is shipped. If your order has already shipped, Haircycle representatives will inform you of this immediately.Protection
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS. Return packages must be paid by the customer. If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.Damage or defective
If the product is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please notify us immediately at 1800-942-7482, so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.Notification
All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to your shipping request. In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification of lost items via email and/or phone within 10 days of purchase date.Agents
