I had an hair transplant 2 months ago and all went great.
In terms of my routine, I shampoo with hair cycle every day, alternating Hair Cycle with Nizoral (the latter only 2x/week). I exercise at least 5X/week, and follow a healthy diet. Two days ago, I decided to trim my hair very short, to improve my overall appearance. I did not include picture, but I can comment that there is no visible sign of the graft removal in the donors areas. They really look great, like nothing ever happened ! Hopefully, I will be able to document that in my next update. This is true (as you can see in this set of pics) also for the beard and chest, where only some minor redness remains.

How is a hair transplant done?

I have a 2 year old bottle half used haircycle biotin spray from a previous hair transplant. I just got another hair transplant and I am wondering if it is still safe to use or has it expired?

Hair cycle biotin spray should be effective and safe to use for two years if kept in normal room conditions during that time. If you leave it in extreme cold or heat, then the life span will be less. In that your bottle is already 2 years old, you might want to buy a new bottle. You might consider the smaller travel size bottle since you used only 1/2 your bottle last time. With the biotin spray, you need to apply only a light mist. You do not need to soak your scalp such that it drips down your forehead. The latter is too heavy of an application.

Biotin is a water soluble B-complex vitamin, that our body, unfortunately, does not store .One has to ingest it daily. Delivery time frame 
Orders received before 11am. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday are generally shipped the same business day. Orders received after 11am Eastern time. are shipped the next business day. Orders recieved during the weekends will be shipped in monday. DHT Inhibitors and Its Effect on Hair Loss

The most commonly implicated androgen in hair loss is dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is a very potent form of testosterone. It is created in the body by the conversion of testosterone. There is an enzyme (enzymes are just proteins that speed up biochemical reactions) known as 5-alpha reductase. It has this name because it “reduces”, or adds hydrogen, at the 5 position of the steroid molecule. 
Well, it stands to reason that if we could decrease the amount of this enzyme, 5-alpha reductase, in the blood or in the hair follicles, then less testosterone would be converted to DHT, and therefore DHT levels would be lower. This is exactly the mechanism behind the drug Propecia (finasteride); it is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor and thus decreases blood levels of DHT.
However, this sometimes causes problems, such as erectile dysfunction, diminished sex drive, and, rarely, enlargement of breast tissue in males (a distressing condition known as gynecomastia). It may be advantageous to use topical (applied to the hair and scalp) 5-alpha reductase inhibitors in order to avoid or minimize such side effects. This is one of the ways that the Hair Cycle products were designed, that is, they contain topical 5-alpha reductase inhibitors as well as androgen receptor blockers. 
The androgen receptor is a protein structure that sits in the cell membrane. When an androgen, such as DHT, occupies, or fits into, this receptor site, it causes an effect on the interior of the cell. This is a common mechanism of all hormones; there are receptors for all hormones on various cell membranes, and this is the major way that they exert their physiological effects. Receptor blocking agents are designed to fit into the receptor site, but to NOT have any effect. Therefore, they have a blocking effect. An androgen receptor blocking agent will, for instance, occupy the androgen receptor on the hair follicle cell membranes. This prevents some of the DHT that is in the area from attaching to the membrane and having its effect (that is, promoting hair loss).

So we see a two-fold effect from the Hair Cycle products in terms of DHT: one, they decrease the conversion of testosterone to DHT, leading to lower levels, and two, the DHT that IS left finds it difficult to find unoccupied receptors to which it can attach and have an effect. This is beneficial in people with hair loss.

My hair is colored hair,but my hair is always thick,now am losing hair i feel its becoming thinner.I oil my hair once in a week and keep it for 2 hours and wash it.pls advise me any other remedy for making hair thick and strong,to stop hair fall?

I would like to inform you that some hair dyes are damaging to the hair follicals and cause the hair to actully break.   Hair loss in females is usually not evident until the later years (40s-50s).   There are many different ways to give hair a fuller appearance.   Hair product that are all natural will help and hair products containing anagen stimulators as well.   Also, the amount of iron in the blood may cause hair loss in females.   Lastly,   there is also a chance that the thyroid is not in good condition.   These reasons in addition to stress,   can cause hair loss for females.

Does hair cycle shampoo and condintioner makes yor hair to shed? Are they safe?

Yes, they are safe. Cosmetics and hair care products do not go through the rigorous scientific tests to "prove" safety and efficacy (effectiveness) that drugs do, but all the ingredients in Haircycle are what is called "GRAS", which means "generally regarded as safe". This is a way that the governmental and regulatory agencies have of stating that these ingredients have been in general use for some time and problems have not been seen, and the manufacturing and scientific community at large accepts their use without reservation.
